DISCIPLINES

AERIAL SILKS (1/2)
Aerial silks are a unique fusion of acrobatics, movement, and artistic expression. Suspended in the air, you will explore strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while discovering new ways to move and express yourself.
AERIAL SILKS (2/2)
Training begins with the fundamentals and gradually evolves into more advanced skills—climbs, wraps, drops, spins, dynamic movements, transitions, and choreography.
Beyond physical training, aerial silks are an invitation to challenge yourself, build confidence, and explore the possibilities of your body through movement.
Discover the strength to rise, the freedom to move, and the joy of creating in the air.

AERIAL HAMMOCK (1/3)
Aerial hammock, also known as aerial sling, is a versatile apparatus that combines elements of aerial silks and trapeze. Suspended from a single point, the fabric creates a supportive yet dynamic space to explore movement, shapes, transitions, and drops.
AERIAL HAMMOCK (2/3)
It is a great introduction to aerial arts, helping you build strength, flexibility, core stability, coordination, and confidence while developing greater control and awareness of your body in the air.
Through progressive training, you will learn poses, wraps, transitions, spins, drops, and sequences, allowing you to develop your own style and create fluid movement in the air.
AERIAL HAMMOCK (3/3)
Aerial Hammock vs. Aerial Yoga - Although they use similar equipment, aerial hammock and aerial yoga have different approaches. Aerial hammock focuses on dynamic movement, shapes, transitions, and performance, while aerial yoga primarily uses the fabric as a support for static poses, stretching, and relaxation.
Explore movement, build strength, and discover the freedom of being suspended in the air.
FLEXIBILITY TRAINING (1/2)
Flexibility is an essential part of movement, helping the body move with greater freedom, control, and ease. Through consistent practice, you can gradually expand your range of motion while developing strength, body awareness, and confidence.
FLEXIBILITY TRAINING (2/2)
Flexibility training combines mobility, active stretching, strength, and mindful movement to create a balanced and sustainable approach. Whether your goal is to improve your splits, enhance your aerial practice, or simply move more comfortably, each session is adapted to your body and your individual goals.
With patience and consistency, you will learn to understand your body, work safely within its limits, and gradually explore new possibilities.
Move with greater freedom, discover your range, and create space for your body to grow.
